Q: I am logged in, but the shopping cart does not work! Why does it not save my records?
A: You need cookies to be activated in your browser. Cookies are used to save your data and identify you as logged in user with your shopping cart
Q: Why am i logged out automatically after some time?
A: This is to secure your own account. You will be logged out automatically after one hour, so you have enough time to browse through our records. Of course your stuff in your shopping cart will be saved and you can get hold of it the next time you log in.
Q: Are the prices on the website postage paid?
A: No.
Q: Why are the prices on the website not given postage paid?
A: We try to send your stuff as cheap as possible. Since postage rates here in Germany vary very often we search for the best way to send your stuff just when we get your order. Also note that people living outside Germany can choose between air mail and surface mail.
Q: Why should i not paypal you the money / make a transaction to your bank account before you get back to me?
A: First of all, although we try to keep the webstore up-to-date we cannot assert that all the stuff listed is still available. So perhaps your order will change, and with it the price.
On the other hand, as stated above, you do not know the postage rates before we tell you about them, so you cannot send us the right amount of money before we give you some more information about your order.
Q: I only find 12"es, don´t you have any Lps?
A: We do not make a difference between 12"es and Lps while listing them in the webstore. We prefer the way to list it by its format such that you can see in a faster way if it is a normal 12" or if it is some weird format like a 11".
Q: Is there a possibility to search only a special size in the shirts section?
A: Yes, for example, you can just search for "(Size M)" via the search function, which will list you all shirts of size M we have.
Q: Do you also have wholesale stuff?
A: Yes, just go to the wholesale section of the webstore.
Q: What are the conditions for wholesale?
A: You need to order at least 3 pieces of one item which is listed in our wholesale section to get it for the wholesale price.
Q: Can i mix up wholesale and normal orders?
A: Yes, the webstore will calculate what is a normal and what is a wholesale item. The wholesale items will be denoted with a "W" behind the price in your shopping cart.
Q: Do you have record BLABLA in this special pre-order version in marbled red vinyl with this handprinted fabric covers?
A: We love records, we love to listen to them and read the lyrics and think about the music. If we have something special we think it should be mentioned you can read it in the description of the given record. Other than that: We want to spread good music to people, not to finish some collection or make ebay money!
